I spend most days with my children -- exploring our world, discovering new passions and creating beautiful things. If you are like me, you spend a lot of time researching and thinking about fun, meaningful experiences for your kids because you hold these childhood days sacred. And, if you are like me, you also feel so much of parenting can be mundane (and at times much worse!). I have found that creating a little bit of beauty every day helps us hold onto love, appreciation and sanity through the challenging times.

HeartSpace is a curated list of our very favorite things. You will find art projects that are special and simple -- things you'll want to display or give as gifts. Making art central to our day has not only made life more enjoyable, it has allowed us to understand our children in new ways. I also post simplified, nourishing recipes (that I think you'll want in regular rotation at your house too), travel tips and all things home and family.
